About-us

The Sub-Regional Office (SRO), Visakhapatnam, was set up at Visakhapatnam in February 2009 on bifurcation of SRO, Vijayawada of Andhra Pradesh. The SRO, Visakhapatnam oversees operation of ESI Scheme in  3 districts namly, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram. All these 3 districts have been fully implemented with effect from September, 2016.

The SRO is located at Akkayyapalem, Visakhapatnam and has five branch offices (three in Visakhapatnam &  two in Viziyanagaram districts) and two DCBOs (one at Annakapalle n the other at Srikakulam) under its control. There are 14 dispensaries, one MDDC, 21 IMPs and one ESI hospital catering to medical need of benificiaries. As of 31st March 2020, there are 404930 number of Insured Persons attached to this SRO.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
