                     The  Employees’ State Insurance Act,1948 was implemented in the state of Andhra Pradesh (undivided) first in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad in May, 1955 and was subsequently extended to Visakhapatnam in October, 1955.

                The Sub-Regional Office was set up at Visakhapatnam in February, 2009 on bifurcation of SRO, Vijayawada.  The SRO, Visakhapatnam oversees operation of the ESI Scheme in 3 districts namely, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam,   which have been fully implemented from September, 2016.

You are being directed to CPGRAM website. You would be asked to Register with CPGRAM if not already registered. Registered users can login directly using their CPGRAM user ID and password.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
